Caretaker period

On 11 September 2020, the ACT Government assumed a Caretaker role, with an election to be held 17 October 2020. Information on this website will be published in accordance with the Guidance on Caretaker Conventions until after the election and conclusion of the caretaker period.

Register for access

You must have a username and password to login and enter your event details into the Australian Tourism Data Warehouse.

There are a number of steps you should follow in order to make the process as smooth as possible.

  1. Determine if your event is eligible to be listed in ATDW. Read the Eligibility page carefully to determine if your event is eligible to be listed in ATDW. If you're unsure of your eligibility please email the Digital Database Coordinator.
  2. Ensure you have met the requirements for listing in ATDW. Read the Requirements and guidelines page to ensure that you have all of the necessary information to create your ATDW listing. If you believe that your event is eligible and that you have all of the necessary information to create a new listing, then you are ready to register for access to ATDW-Online.
  3. To register visit atdw-online.com.au and click on the Create An Account button. Then click I Want to Create an ADW listing for my Business or Event. Follow the prompts to first create your account and then to create your Event Listing. If you have any other questions, please call the Digital Database Coordinator on P: 02 6205 0029 during business hours or email atdw@act.gov.au.
  4. The event database publishes data as a free listing on events.act.gov.au and other websites.
