ACT Event Fund 2019

The ACT Government is inviting applications to the ACT Event Fund from events and festivals that will take place in 2019.

The online application process opens on Friday 3 August 2018 at 3.00pm.

The ACT Event Fund is highly competitive and applicants are strongly encouraged to attend one of the public information sessions for an overview of the application procedure and key assessment criteria.

Information sessions will be scheduled on the following days and times

  • Wednesday 8 August 2018: 5.30pm – 6.30pm. Level 4, Canberra Nara Centre, 1 Constitution Avenue, Canberra City. Upon arrival, please sign in at the Security Desk in the foyer. (Please note there will be no access to the building after 6.00pm).

  • Thursday 9 August 2018: 12.30pm – 1.30pm. Level 4, Canberra Nara Centre, 1 Constitution Avenue, Canberra City. Upon arrival, please sign in at the Security Desk in the foyer.

Before starting your application, please read the ACT Event Fund 2019 Funding Round Guide for Applicants for additional details about eligibility, levels of funding, the application process, selection criteria and funding conditions.

It is also recommended that you read the ACT Event Fund 2019 Handy Hints Guide to assist you with your application. Downloading the Sample Event Budget Template, which is referred to in the Handy Hints Guide, is also recommended.

The closing date for applications is Monday 3 September 2018 and applications must be submitted online by 12 noon.

Please note that extensions will not be granted and late applications will not be accepted.
