Warm Trees at the National Arboretum

See the huge knit and crochet installation on trees and some of the largest knitted flowers in the world at the National Arboretum in the month of July.

Warm Trees is the combined effort of hundreds of volunteers who knit or crochet cherry blossoms, circles, flowers and scarves to enliven the Arboretum during winter.

Join them for a free 'knit in', try your hand at crocheting a cherry blossom or attend the Origami workshops for children during the school holidays.

The 'Sakura Exhibition', a stunning exhibition of cherry blossom scenes from Japan, features in the Village Centre daily.

Brought to you by the Friends of the National Arboretum and the Embassy of Japan.
